Abstract

This research examines the influence of dependence on various performance measures (financial and non-financial) on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) or the Regional Public Service Agency of the Kamonji Community Health Center, Palu City. This study also analyzes the impact of relationships mediated by Levers of Control (diagnostic control system and interactive control system). The population in this study were BLUD employees of the Kamonji Health Center, Palu City, who were taken as a sample of 81 respondents. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS software version 7.0. This study shows that Levers of Control mediates the relationship between dependence on several performance measures on performance. However, this study fails to show that the performance of BLUD Puskesmas is influenced by reliance on various performance measures. This study makes an important contribution to BLUD Puskesmas not only at Kamonji Puskesmas, Palu City but also BLUD Puskesmas in Indonesia in the form of using levers of control as a mediating variable in the relationship between dependence on several performance measures on the performance of BLUD Puskesmas employees.
